Authentication & Access

To interact with these APIs, ensure you have valid API keys. Each request must include authentication headers for secure access.

To obtain an API key, please contact the Onboarding Team at Aurae Health. The API key is required to fetch an authentication token before accessing other endpoints.

Available Endpoints

The API consists of POST endpoints for user onboarding and GET endpoints for fetching report history.

Please Note that in Dev environment only 60 scans / assessments are allowed per service

Authentication Process for SaaS/Diagnostics PWA Access

Upon onboarding, the Aurae Health team will provide your organization with two essential credentials:

Step 1: Obtaining the Access Token

To begin using the APIs, your system must first obtain an access token. This is done by making a GET request to the /token endpoint, passing both the API Key and orgCode.

Endpoint Example:

GET https://<your-domain>/token?org_code=<ORGCODE>\nHeaders:\n  x-api-key: <YOUR_API_KEY>\n\n

Upon successful validation, the API will return an access token which will be valid for 1 hour.

Step 2: Using the Access Token

For all subsequent API calls, you must include the access token in the request headers. This is done using the Authorization header in the following format:

Authorization: Bearer <ACCESS_TOKEN>\n\n

This ensures secure communication and authentication for all further interactions.

Token Expiry & Renewal

The issued token is valid for 1 hour. Once it expires, you must call the /token endpoint again using your API Key and orgCode to retrieve a new token.

This endpoint is used to onboard users into the Aurae Health platform. The onboarding process includes user registration, health diagnostics setup, and integration with Aurae Health’s assessment services.

Authentication Process for OPD / Employee benefits PWA Access

Upon onboarding, the Aurae Health team will provide your organization with two essential credentials:

Please ensure that a plan is Onboarded with aurae health else will show an invalid error

Step 1: Obtaining the Access Token

To begin using the APIs, your system must first obtain an access token. This is done by making a GET request to the /token endpoint, passing both the API Key and orgCode.

Endpoint Example:

GET https://<your-domain>/token?org_code=<ORGCODE>\nHeaders:\n  x-api-key: <YOUR_API_KEY>\n\n

Upon successful validation, the API will return an access token which will be valid for 1 hour.

Step 2: Using the Access Token

For all subsequent API calls - Onboard API, you must include the access token in the request headers. This is done using the Authorization header in the following format:

Authorization: Bearer <ACCESS_TOKEN>\n\n

This ensures secure communication and authentication for all further interactions.

Token Expiry & Renewal

The issued token is valid for 1 hour. Once it expires, you must call the /token endpoint again using your API Key and orgCode to retrieve a new token.
